Composition:
– D-glucose – 4.0 g
– Yeast extract – 4.0 g
– Malt extract – 10.0 g
– Agar – 20.0 g
– Distilled water – 1 L

Sterilize at 0.5–0.7 atm for 45 minutes, pH 7.3.
