Composition:
– N-Z Amine A – 5.0 g
– Starch – 20.0 g
– Glucose – 10.0 g
– Yeast extract – 5.0 g
– CaCO₃ – 1.0 g
– Agar – 18.0 g
– K₂Cr₂O₇ – 30 μg/ml
– Novobiocin – 5 μg/ml
– Nystatin – 30 μg/ml
– Distilled water – 1 L

Sterilize at 0.5–0.7 atm for 45 minutes, pH 7.3 ± 0.2.
