Medium 03: Humic acid vitamin agar (HVA)

Composition:
– Humic acids – 1.0 g
– Na₂HPO₄ – 0.5 g
– KCl – 1.7 g
– CaCO₃ – 0.02 g
– FeSO₄ – 0.01 g
– Vitamin solution – 1.0 ml
– Agar – 18.0 g
– Distilled water – 1 L

Sterilize at 0.5–0.7 atm for 45 minutes, pH 7.2.
