Composition:

Glucose – 5.0 g
Peptone – 0.5 g
Yeast extract – 0.5 g
Tryptone – 1.0 g
Agar – 10.0 g
Distilled water – 500.0 ml

Adjust the pH to 8.0 before sterilization.
